The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this chapter, shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:. Only a household or a religious residential property is eligible for curbside collection.

Abatement applications must be filed annually between January 1 and March 1 of the current year. An owner-occupant who obtains this abatement will be issued a smaller cart for waste disposal. Miscellaneous fees. Each and every such collection or pickup in violation hereof from one or more locations shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.
